Precise Mortgages has entered the secured loans market today with its intermediary-only range.

Rates start from 5.45% and are linked to the Bank of England Base Rate; life time trackers as well as fixed rate products are also available.

The range of Prime and Near Prime plans are available for loans up to £1,000,000.

Simon Carr, director of secured loans, said: “Our residential secured loan range has been designed to support the Mortgage Intermediary in finding the most suitable financial solution to meet their customer’s circumstances.

“This further underlines our commitment to the Intermediary market by introducing a compelling and complimentary proposition to our existing Mortgage and Short Term Lending range.”
