Precise Mortgages’ MCD upgrade is completed

Published on

DPR Consulting has completed a systems upgrade for Precise Mortgages.

The update provides compliance with the European Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD).

It has also introduced a number of new features including limited company buy-to-lets, support for Houses in Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) and support for the government’s Help to Buy Scheme.

Alan Cleary, managing director at Precise Mortgages, said: “This is a technically complex set of changes affecting all areas of the system. With DPR’s strong commitment and deep knowledge of mortgage operations and compliance we have together got this significant challenge over the line in ample time.”
