Precise hires pair of national sales managers

Precise Mortgages has expanded its sales team with the recruitment of two senior sales managers.

Sundeep Patel and Kevin Beale both started at the specialist lending in March and have a remit to expand the lender’s distribution reach.

Patel joins from RBS where he was a business development manager and is tasked with growing the volumes of residential and buy-to-let business in the southern region whilst also supporting the sales effort across the country.

Beale joins from Santander where he was also a business development manager. He is tasked with growing new build volumes and will shortly announce the creation of a new build desk as well as various new build product developments. Both will report to sales director Roger Morris.

Morris said: “Both Kevin and Sundeep are seasoned professionals and will help the team deliver the best possible service to our intermediaries. We have a lot of product developments lined up as we continue to build our specialist lending proposition.”
