Platform has launched a new two year fixed mortgage from 3.44% and expanded its intermediary ‘partner’ base.

The product will be available to appointed representatives of Legal & General Openwork Personal Touch Sesame Pink Connells London & Country Ocean Finance Central Trust and Countrywide.

It starts at 3.44% up to 70% LTV, rises to 3.69% up to 75% and 4.89% at 80% LTV. All come with an £855 application fee. The deal is available at 85% at 5.64% but with no application fee.

Lee Gladwell, Platform’s director of business development, said that the new product was another example of the lender’s commitment to supporting the sector. He added: “The response from brokers since we launched as a mainstream mortgage provider has been very encouraging and we believe that we are making excellent progress in our aim of helping intermediaries provide outstanding service to their clients.”””
