Pepper appoints regional development manager

Mark Shelper has joined Pepper Homeloans as regional development manager for the South West and South Wales.

Shelper (pictured) joins the specialist lender from Aldermore where he was a business development manager for the South West.

Colin Snowdon, managing director of Pepper Homeloans, said:”“I’m delighted to welcome Mark to the Pepper team. I know that with his considerable experience he will be able to hit the deck running and make an immediate impact with brokers based in the South West and South Wales.”

Shelper said: “Pepper is starting to build its reputation in the intermediary mortgage market and I’m really looking forward to working as part of their team and supporting their business introducers.”
