OSB Group has announced promotions within its sales teams to “strengthen its expertise and support” within its bridging and commercial divisions as it deals with increased broker demand.

Alan Kimber (pictured, right) has been promoted to head of bridging (Precise).

He has worked at OSB Group since 2012; together with his dedicated team, he will be supporting brokers and their clients with all their short-term lending needs.

Marc Callaghan (pictured, left) has also been promoted to the position of head of commercial lending and will continue to focus on supporting clients across InterBay with their commercial requirements.

He has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, and he will be delivering a “highly personalised service” with his team.

Adrian Moloney, intermediary sales director at OSB Group, said: “I’ve worked with Alan and Marc for a number of years and their support and dedication to delivering the best possible service to our broker partners has not gone unnoticed.

“I’m delighted to acknowledge their efforts through these key role promotions and look forward to working with them on some new ideas and considerations for 2025.”
