Openwork expands recruitment team

Openwork has recruited Hayley Stansfield to the position of regional recruitment manager.

Stansfield has over 30 years’ experience in financial services. She was previously at Sesame Bankhall Group for 12 years holding a variety of business development and recruitment roles.

She will report into Stephen Wildgoose, recruitment and growth director.

Stansfield said: “I am delighted to be joining Openwork at this pivotal point in its progression. Openwork’s clear vision for growth, financial strength and breadth of service proposition not only add value but inspire loyalty from existing firms and advisers.
