OMS hires marketing consultant in growth push

One Mortgage System (OMS) has appointed Nick Allen to help meet its growth targets for the next 12 months.

Allen (pictured) is a former marketing director for a specialist mortgage lender who he helped co-create in 2015 which is now serving over 12,000 customers lending over £2.6bn in six years. Allen has over 25 years experience in the intermediary mortgage market and retail banking sector, where he also improved the growth of a £60bn savings book by creating a simpler product offering and improving its communication to customers.

Neal Jannels, managing director of OMS, said: “OMS has significant growth planned for the latter part of 2023 and we are delighted to welcome someone of Nick’s calibre to lead that drive.

“2023 has already been a watershed year for the business in terms of new brokers joining the system and our ambitions are to further disrupt the CRM landscape for the mortgage industry. We have a lot of projects coming to fruition and it’s a very exciting time for OMS and our broker partners.”

Allen added: “I am delighted to work with OMS, to help drive forward their ambitious long-term growth strategy in revolutionising the mortgage industry. Our mission is clear: to empower intermediaries with the transformative power of technology, reshaping the entire end-to-end mortgage experience so that intermediaries can do more of what they are good at, by cutting down time-consuming administrative processes.”
