Praven Subbramoney, chief lending officer at Nottingham Building Society, said: “Maxine’s skills and experience will be of great value to us as we focus on transforming our mortgage offer, finding innovative ways to support under-served segments of the market and helping as many people as possible achieve their homeownership ambitions.

“I’m thrilled to welcome her to the team and look forward to working together closely at this exciting time for the society.”

Davenport added: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Nottingham Building Society during this stage in its strategy and transformation journey, and I’m equally passionate about assisting more of our members on their homeownership aspirations!
