Northern Rock makes rate changes

Northern Rock has updated its mortgage product range.

Selected residential Everyday trackers have been reduced by up to 0.61%, and now start from 2.48% (BoE + 1.98%) with a £995 product fee.

Residential Everyday fixed rates for customers with a 25% deposit can choose from a range which now starts at 3.58% with a £995 product fee. Those with a 30% deposit can choose from an Everyday fixed rate range which starts at 3.47%, also with a £995 product fee.

Northern Rock&’146’s Residential Everyday fixed rates for purchase customers with a 10% deposit remain unchanged.

Everyday mortgages offer customers the ability to make overpayments of up to 10% each year, as well as the option to apply for payment holidays.

Fee Saver options area available and Northern Rock offers a free basic valuation (excluding non-standard work) and free standard legal costs on residential remortgage cases.
