Newable Finance has been appointed as a new strategic broker partner of Shawbrook Bank’s property finance division.

Launched in 2020, Newable Finance aims to help businesses to stabilise and grow through business and property funding.

Shawbrook’s strategic partnership programme recognises brokers with the highest quality of applications and successful conversions.

The Newable Finance brokerage is expanding rapidly with more than 40 advisers now situated across the UK.

Terry Wolfendale, head of regional broking at Newable Finance, said: “Having worked closely with Shawbrook Bank since October last year, we have formed a strong relationship and are proud to be named as the latest member of Shawbrook’s strategic partner panel.

“This partnership and how quickly we have achieved this status, demonstrates our clear commitment to the property finance market, and we look forward to the additional support we can provide thousands of customers in the years to come as a result.”

Gavin Seaholme, head of sales at Shawbrook Bank, added: “Newable Finance’s customer-focused approach and expert knowledge of the property finance market is well aligned with Shawbrook and they will be a great asset to our strategic partnership panel. We look forward to working closely with Newable Finance moving forward.”
