New trackers from Leeds

Leeds Building Society has brought out new two-year base rate tracker mortgages starting at 3.20%, together with a new two-year non-locked-in fixed rate mortgage at 4.60%.

None of the mortgages have a higher lending charge and they all allow a minimum of 10% capital repayments each year, without notice or penalty.
