MD Pension Solutions has appointed Karen Pretty as national sales and recruitment manager.

Her role will include further developing the firm’s broker relationships and build a team of sales managers throughout the UK.

Growth has necessitated the development of a resource to manage its overall strategy for attracting brokers, and also to recruit and develop further recruits.

Pretty has 12 years’ experience working in recruitment as a regional sales manager for a national brand.

Mark Clinton, director at MD Pension Solutions, said: “Karen has a great track record and is a proven sales manager over many years. She is absolutely committed to providing an excellent customer service and we are delighted that she sees her future with us. This is an appointment which can only help our reputation grow and is a pivotal component in our ambitious expansion plans.”””
