Neil Molyneux has been appointed to the newly created role of head of sales and marketing.

His new role brings together the marketing requirements of the bridging, development and second charge arms of the business.

Andrew Bloom, managing director at Masthaven Finance, said: “In the last two years Neil has made a valuable contribution to the ongoing success of the business. He has demonstrated a strong understanding of both our market segments and the intermediary sector.

“All of these factors meant he was the ideal person to take up this important role as Masthaven looks to develop its business reach and increase its profile in the market place.”

Molyneux added: “I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to take on this senior position within the company. Masthaven is a lender with a clear path it wants to follow and I am looking forward to the challenge.”
