New resi range from the Coventry

The Coventry Building Society has launched a new residential range including fixed rate and Flexx for Term options.

New deals include:

  • 1.79% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges (ERCs).
  • 1.89% Two-year fixed rate, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee, Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) 3% until 31.12.15 then 1% until 31.12.16.
  • 3.29% Five-year fixed rate, 80% LTV, £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee, Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) 5% until 31.12.16, 3% until 31.12.18 then 1% until 31.12.19.

Darin Landon, distribution director at the Coventry Building Society, said: “Our latest range has something for everyone. We have highly competitive mortgages including Flexx for Term and Fixed rate options.

“With rates starting from just 1.79% and selected mortgages with no arrangement fees, our new range should be very popular. And as always, all residential products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
