They come with a free valuation, and free legal fees for remortgages.
All the new products come with an application fee of £995 and are available to Platform’s panel of intermediary partners.
Platform has also added a new three-year fixed buy-to-let mortgage with a rate starting at 5.79% to its specialist intermediary product range. It comes with an application fee of £1,495.
Following the merger between Britannia Building Society and The Co-operative Financial Services in August 2009, Platform is now the intermediary lender of The Co-operative Bank.
Lee Gladwell, director of sales and proposition at Platform, said: “These products provide intermediaries with a wider choice of attractive variable and fixed rate mortgages to meet the differing needs of their clients.
