New member and associate for CML

The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) has announced that Paratus AMC Ltd has become a new member and Hitec (Laboratories) Ltd has become a new associate.

Paratus AMC Ltd, founded in 1998, is a mortgage asset manager and servicer, specialising in working with borrowers experiencing financial difficulties and developing borrower-driven repayment solutions. They handle everything from annual and redemption statements to interest-only mortgages and property sales. The firm also manages various mortgage assets in the UK.

Hitec (Laboratories) Ltd has, for more than 20 years, helped customers in the financial, commercial and public sectors to address business and operational challenges. The firm develops enterprise content management and governance, and risk and compliance software solutions to enable customers to reduce costs and improve efficiency while reducing risk and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The CML currently has 122 members, eight third party administrator members and 83 associates.
