New limited edition BTL fixes from TMW

Published on

The Mortgage Works (TMW) has launched two new fixed rate buy-to-let remortgage products, available for a limited period.

The new 50% loan to value (LTV) 2 year and five-year remortgage products will be available until 4 October 2017 with a £1995 arrangement fee and come with free standard valuation and free standard legals.

The rate for the two-year buy-to-let remortgage product is 1.39% and 2.14% for the five-year remortgage product.

In addition, the £150 application fee for TMW mortgage products is being withdrawn.

Paul Wootton, managing director of TMW, the specialist buy-to-let arm of Nationwide Building Society, said: “TMW is offering a new range of buy-to-let remortgage deals with competitive rates for those landlords with larger deposits, as well as removing the application fee across all our mortgage products.

“We are looking to extend choice of TMW mortgage options while removing upfront costs, allowing us to offer a wider choice of products and continue to support landlords in their choices.”
