New IRM at the Skipton

The Skipton Building Society has announced the appointment of Jonathan Dunn to its team of intermediary regional managers (IRMs).

He joined the Society in 2014 after leaving the building trade. He joined Skipton Direct as a Level 1 call taker, with no previous experience in the financial sector.  Dunn worked his way through Skipton Direct up to the BDM support team. In January 2015 he became Skipton’s first trainee IRM.

He has now been appointed as an IRM for the West Midlands.

Dunn said: “I am incredibly proud to be progressing my career with Skipton Building Society. I feel that I am a proven success that Skipton is a great investor in its people. I’ve been given fantastic opportunities to progress since I started in 2014, and I look forward to embarking on this new journey. ”

Paul Darwin, director of intermediary relationships, to whom Dunn will report, added: “I look forward to welcoming Jonathan on board. I am sure he will make a solid contribution to the IRM team here at Skipton.”
