New intermediary-only deals from the Skipton

Skipton Intermediaries has unveiled a new range of intermediary-only fixed rate residential and buy-to-let products for purchase and remortgage.

Residential customers are offered a two-year fix at 1.99% to 90% LTV with £995 and a fee free 2.11% to 85% LTV with £350 cashback (minimum loan of £80,000) while a three-year fix offers 2.09% to 80% LTV.

Skipton’s five-year products provide deals for clients looking to fix their payments for an extended period and include a fee free 2.09% to 75% LTV for purchase and remortgage.

New fee-free five-year buy-to-let products for purchase and remortgage include a 2.53% to 60% LTV and 2.89% to 75% LTV.
