New intermediary deals from the Coventry

Coventry Intermediaries has launched a set of three-year products all priced at 2.69%.

The mortgages are available with a choice of fee structures, plus the option of a capped tracker.

New three-year mortgages:

  • 2.69% three-year fixed rate until 30.06.16, 65% LTV £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee and no ERCs.
  • 2.69% three-year fixed rate until 30.06.16, 65% LTV £199 booking fee with £300 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.06.16
  • 2.69% ( +2.19% Bank of England Base Rate Tracker until 30.06.16 capped at 3.09%), 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.06.16This set is part of a new range which also includes additional products for first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors and new Flexx for Term options.

Colin Franklin, managing director, Godiva Mortgages, said: “We are delighted to launch a range of unique 3 year options, each paying a great rate of 2.69%. Borrowers are able to choose between the flexibility of having no ERCs, or for those looking for low upfront fees, our £300 arrangement fee is ideal.

“And for borrowers who want to enjoy the benefit of a low base rate with the added bonus that if BBR does go below 0.50, their rate will fall even further, our capped tracker is perfect. And don’t forget, all products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service, so as always, there is something for everyone at the Coventry.”
