Dragonfly Property Finance has made three more additions to its team.

Emma Burke and Tim Phillips join as development relationship managers and Uliana Kuzmis as credit manager.

Burke has 10 years’ experience within financial services. She joins Dragonfly from Investec where she worked as a Portfolio Manager on the structured property finance team.

Phillips joins from Barclays, where he worked as a relationship director in SME Real Estate, managing a portfolio of clients and generating new business, both residential and commercial.

Kuzmis has 13 years’ financial services experience, largely gained when working for Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank as a senior account relationship manager.

Mark Posniak, managing director of Dragonfly Property Finance, said: “The ability to manage relationships and risk are key attributes for any lender and in hiring Tim, Emma and Uliana we are enhancing those two crucial areas of our business.

“We will also be strengthening our development proposition in the weeks ahead to give them the perfect platform to grow this side of our lending business.”
