Century 21 UK, the estate and lettings agency franchisor, has announced the appointment of a new franchise development manager and a business development manager to its national management team.

Dani Roberts has joined Century 21 UK as franchise development manager having worked in the wider Shepherd Direct Group since April 2012. In her new role she is primarily responsible for on-boarding new franchised offices as well as supporting the development of Century 21 UK’s existing network of offices.

Roberts has worked in the lettings sector for the past eight years, operating in both front and back-office roles and is ARLA-qualified in both English and Scottish law.

The second new appointment for Century 21 UK is Marc Lynch who joins the business as business development manager. He comes to the team after running a successful estate and lettings office for a number of years. His responsibilities include the performance management and business support provided to new and existing offices in the Greater London area.

Rob Clifford, chief executive of Century 21 UK and group commercial director of Shepherd Direct Group, said: “When we acquired the Century 21 UK licence we were aware of the need to develop the infrastructure at head office and the importance of bringing on board highly experienced and skilled individuals to help our offices develop.

“With the appointments of both Dani and Marc we have continued to achieve this aim and both existing and new offices will feel the benefit of their expertise in the weeks and months ahead. Our ambition is to not only increase the number of offices across the UK but also ensure they, and our existing offices, have all the support they need to build and grow successful operations.

“In that regard Dani and Marc will be leading from the front and are valuable new additions to a growing Century 21 UK operation.”
