New hire for invoice finance firm

Independent business funder Absolute Invoice Finance has appointed Tracy Waddacor as group services manager, following the company’s recent acquisition by AnaCap Financial Partners and subsequent rebrand.

Waddacor joins Absolute from commercial property firm Bruntwood, where she spent 14 years as a property and facilities manager. During her time at Bruntwood, she was estates manager for Booth Park in Knutsford and the St James’ building on Oxford Street, Manchester.

In her new role, Waddacor will be responsible for coordinating Absolute’s internal facilities across all six regional offices. Her duties will include fleet and utilities management, company insurances, property and building maintenance and compliance, and lease renewals. She will also be responsible for the business’s environmental policies and will manage the necessary changes in internal services following the company’s acquisition.
