New five-year deals from Pepper Homeloans

Pepper Homeloans has launched limited edition five-year fixed rates starting from 2.88% on its NP1 range of residential mortgages, with free legals on all remortgages.

Rates are as follows:

  • 2.88% to 70%LTV (reverting to Libor + 3.5%)
  • 2.98% to 75%LTV (reverting to Libor + 3.65%)
  • 3.38% to 80%LTV (reverting to Libor + 3.90%)
  • 3.68% to 85%LTV (reverting to Libor + 4.15%)

The minimum loan size is £25,001 and maximum £1 million.

The deals all come with a completion fee of £995.

 

Rob Barnard, sales director of Pepper Homeloans, said: “This limited edition product gives homebuyers and existing homeowners the peace of mind of knowing that their monthly payments won’t change for the next five years.

“This is a competitive rate and, along with free legals on all remortgages, makes the package a compelling proposition.”
