New fee-free deal from GW

Published on

Goldsmith Williams is launching a fee free legal deal.

The deal, which is available when brokers instruct the direct conveyancing firm rather than use a lender’s fee free scheme, sees broker fees tripled to £75 when a lender’s cashback alternative is £250. There is a £50 broker fee payable even if the lender cashback is only £200.

The deal also sees a seven-day completion guarantee from the date of the mortgage offer.

All work is completed in-house by Goldsmith Williams and fees are paid within 24 hours of completion direct to the broker’s bank account.

Eddie Goldsmith pictured), senior partner at Goldsmith Williams, said: “This market leading deal has been designed to demonstrate to brokers that we’re on their side. Not only have we tripled our fees on fee free legal deals
