NatWest Intermediary Solutions has made two new appointments to its BDM team.

Kelly Worthington and Hannah Stoner have joined the team, while Sonoal Odedra has joined the LiveTALK instant messaging team.

Worthington joins as a field BDM and will be supporting brokers in North Essex. She spent eight years as a BDM with GMAC and then had a two-year spell in the recruitment industry.

Stoner joins as a phone BDM and will be dealing with a panel of brokers in Yorkshire, the West Midlands and Surrey. She is graduating to her BDM role from the LiveTALK instant messaging team.

Sonoal has replaced Stoner on the LiveTALK team. She has worked previously at the Ministry of Justice and the Home Office and has gained experience operating an instant messaging service.

NatWest Intermediary Solutions now has a team of over 40 field and phone BDMs that is supported day-to-day by its LiveTALK instant messaging service and Business Support team.

Mark Bullard, head of sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said: “To match our increased appetite to lend this year we need to grow the level of support we provide intermediaries. Much of our success has been as a result of the great work our field and phone BDMs carry out with brokers up and down the country which has been recognised with a number of national awards.

“The important thing when recruiting BDMs is the emphasis on quality, and in Kelly and Hannah we have two driven individuals whose professional missions are to do as much as they possibly can to help their panels to secure mortgages for their clients. I am positive that brokers on Kelly’s and Hannah’s panels will enjoy very fruitful relationships.

“LiveTALK has continued to go from strength to strength so it was important to that we were able to recruit someone of Sonoal’s experience quickly to maintain the service we are able to offer brokers.”
