New face at Shawbrook

Shawbrook Bank has announced the appointment of Cassie Irving to the role of regional support executive.

Irving spent 16 years in a diverse range of roles within Lloyds Bank, including the SME commercial credit risk and commercial banking risk divisions.

As a regional support executive her primary responsibilities will be supporting Shawbrook’s national field sales team in addition to providing support for Shawbrook’s broker partners via the regional support desk.

Irving said: “After hearing great things about Shawbrook from a former colleague, when the opportunity to join the Regional Support team came up I jumped at the chance.

“Considering the fast-paced nature of the commercial mortgages division, bringing my individual skills to the role and developing them further within the team is an exciting prospect for me professionally. I’m proud to be part of such a dynamic and forward thinking Bank with a strong culture, and look forward to working with our brokers.”

“I’m delighted to welcome Cassie on board as an additional resource for our broker partners,” added Emma Cox, head of sales for Shawbrook Commercial.

“The regional support desk is a vital part of our offering and we are always looking at ways to strengthen this part of the business. I’m sure that with her experience, Cassie will make an immediate and hugely positive impact for Shawbrook and our brokers.”
