New equity release service offers 45% referral commission

Published on

Advisers can now earn extra commission by referring equity release business to Home & Capital Advisers Ltd, through a new web-based service with Assureweb.

The service allows intermediaries who are making an equity release referral for their client to come through the Home & Capital Advisers website and complete an online enquiry form.

Intermediaries will then receive 45% of the initial commission received from the individual product providers, upon completion of a plan.

Assureweb is free for advisers to access.

Nigel Hare-Scott, managing director of Home & Capital Advisers Ltd, said: “The new service will make the process of referring clients far simpler and assist in opening up the equity release market – which has enormous potential for growth in the coming years – to the whole intermediary community.””
