The Coventry Building Society has unveiled a new range of residential mortgages with a legal and valuation package for remortgages.

New products include:

Residential five-year fixed mortgages

  • 3.55%, five-year fixed rate until 30.09.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
  • 3.35%, five-year fixed rate until 30.09.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee.

Offset Flexx for Term mortgage

  • 4.35%, Flexx for term, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee and no arrangement fee.
  • 4.10%, Flexx for term, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee.

Two-year BBR tracker mortgage

  • 3.10%, two-year BBR Tracker (+2.60%) (Floor at 2.85%) until 30.09.14, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
  • 3.47%, two-year BBR Tracker (+2.97%) (Floor at 3.22%) until 30.09.14, 80% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee.

“With an number of lenders recently increasing their rates on existing mortgages, now is a very good time for borrowers to make sure they are getting the best mortgage deal possible,” said Colin Franklin, sales and marketing director, Coventry Building Society.

“With this in mind we have created a range of mortgages which offer a great choice of variable and fixed rates to include loans up to 80% LTV. Borrowers can choose a fee structure which suits them and, in addition, benefit from our remortgage transfer service and a valuation up to the value of £670.

“Many borrowers will be able to make real savings on their mortgages; there has never been a better time to remortgage with the Coventry.”
