New Coventry Intermediaries residential range

Coventry Intermediaries has today launched new residential products, including base rate trackers with rates starting from 1.89%.

The new range also includes two and five-year fixed rates available with a range of fee structures.

New deals include:

  • 1.89% Base Rate Tracker (Base Rate +1.39% ) until 31.03.16, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee with early repayment charges (ERCs) payable to 31.03.16.
  • 2.00% Fixed Rate until 31.03.16, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and ERCs payable to 31.03.16.
  • 2.00% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee with no ERCs.
  • 2.99% Fixed Rate until 31.03.19, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and
  • ERCs payable to 31.03.19.

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “I’m delighted that we’re introducing this new range of mortgage products. With such a wide range available, there is plenty to choose from at the Coventry. And to make things even easier, all residential products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
