New commercial panel management service from e.surv

Published on

e.surv has launched its Commercial Panel Management Service. It will provide lenders with access to a branded online instruction and case tracking portal, whilst valuers will receive instruction from an independent lenders panel of valuers.

The Commercial Panel Management Service will also provide users with dedicated technical support, as well as consistent reporting formats, process fee payments and online real time management information facility.

Alison Traversoni, e.surv’s chief operating officer, said: “We have put our experience and expertise developed in the panel management of residential valuations into creating a commercial valuation online system. One of our significant clients asked for assistance in streamlining their commercial valuation process and we were pleased to have been able to provide a solution.””
