New business development head at CFS

Joe Tooma has been appointed as head of business development at Clear Finance Solutions (CFS).

Joining from Mortgage Force, his role is to recruit new area directors and develop debt management, mortgage and loan partnerships. Previously Tooma spent eight years at HFC Bank as branch manager and later as general sales manager.

Tooma says: “I am delighted to be joining CFS at such an exciting time in their development and I am looking forward to growing the business and becoming a part of the CFS success story. My challenge is to grow the CFS network
