Council of Mortgage Lenders

Bespoke financial services consultancy Bovill Limited has joined the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) as an associate.

The firm provides a full range of consultancy advice, reviews and compliance support services to mortgage providers and other firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority and others.

Bovill also provides help for firms seeking authorisation, and for firms and individuals who are uncertain about whether their activities need to be regulated.

The firm says: “Regulation is constantly evolving and with the advent of the new regulators, the FCA and the PRA, firms need to keep up with the changes and new initiatives. Our senior management has extensive compliance and regulatory experience.

“Our aim is to apply our experience, knowledge and skills to producing comprehensible and workable compliance solutions, tailored to the real-life business needs of our clients.”

Bovill’s decision to join the CML means the trade body now has 114 members and 83 associates.
