New addition to Precise’s sales team

Dan Watson has joined the sales team of Precise Mortgages.

He will work predominantly in the South East, providing support to their network of intermediaries.

He has worked at firms including Capital Home Loans to Fleet Mortgages.

Watson said: “Precise has an exceptional range of residential and buy-to-let mortgages, as well as bridging and second charge loans. I’m looking forward to supporting intermediary partners in the South East and strengthening Precise’s reputation as a leading specialist lender. I’m joining an incredibly dynamic and talented team.”

James Pritchard, Precise Mortgages’ head of sales, added: “From the intermediary feedback I’ve received, it’s clear that Dan is highly regarded and respected in the mortgage market.

“His in-depth experience makes him a perfect fit for Precise and allows us to provide even greater support to intermediaries in the South East.”
