Coventry for Intermediaries has introduced 50% LTV products across its residential and offset ranges.

New deals include a residential five-year fixed rate at 2.09% and a five-year offset fixed rate at 2.19%. ERCs are payable to 30/09/21 and a £999 arrangement fee applies.

Kevin Purvey, head of intermediaries at the Coventry, said: “We’re very happy to launch our new range of residential mortgages at 50% LTV, with highly competitive two and five-year fixed products and a variety of fee options.

“As always, all of our products are booking fee free and include a valuation of up to £670 for residential mortgages, so brokers can find a great deal for their clients.”
