Network director in trouble with FSA

The FSA has withdrawn the approval for Steven Moorley, director of Premier Network Group Ltd (in liquidation) in Leicestershire, to perform the roles of chief executive and “apportionment and oversight of responsibilities”” because it found he lacked the necessary competence and capability.
