NatWest IS appoints area sales manager

NatWest Intermediary Solutions has appointed Paula Dillin as the new area sales manager (ASM) for the London and South East region.

She replaces Scott Kennedy who has taken up a new position in NatWest’s mortgage telephony business.

Dillin has been a field BDM for the last 12 years working with brokers in Essex and East London. She has been with the RBS Group for 30 years in a number of mortgage positions both in the intermediary and retail channels. She will manage a team of nine field BDMs.

Paul Kane, acting head of sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said: “I am delighted that Paula has joined my management team. She has a wealth of experience and is highly regarded by the brokers that she has been dealing with in her role as a BDM for her drive, knowledge and desire to help.

“She has particular expertise in the buy-to-let and new build sectors which are two areas of the market that we expect to see significant growth in this year. I am sure that the brokers on Paula’s panel will miss her but will equally congratulate her on this well-deserved appointment.”
