Mortgage Vision 2025 sets stage for AI and Open Banking debate

Mortgage Brain’s flagship roadshow, Mortgage Vision, opens tomorrow with a programme that promises to put artificial intelligence, Open Banking and next-generation technology at the heart of debate about the mortgage industry’s future.

The first event takes place on Tuesday 9 September at the Doubletree by Hilton in Elstree, with registrations already at capacity in some locations. Over the coming weeks, the roadshow will tour 12 venues across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter.

Industry leaders from Coventry for Intermediaries, Simplybiz Mortgages, The Exeter and Fluent Partners are among those lined up to speak, with the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and OSB Group providing analysis on regulation, market dynamics and the economic outlook through to 2026.

Brokers attending the sessions will hear how lenders, networks and advisers can balance the speed and efficiency of digital tools with the value of personal advice. OSB is expected to give its perspective on the wider economy, while AMI will address innovation, regulatory pressures and the shifting buy-to-let market.

Mortgage Vision has become one of the sector’s most popular regional events, drawing more than 900 brokers in 2024. Last year 93% of attendees rated it “very good” or higher, and organisers say 2025 is set to surpass that benchmark. Delegates can also earn up to 3.75 CPD hours towards CII and PFS accreditation, alongside opportunities to network over lunch.

The 2025 venues include Elstree, Southampton, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Brighton, Esher, Birmingham, Basildon, Exeter and Gloucester.
