Residential Property Solutions (RPS) has been appointed by Mortgage Promotions to provide sale and rent back (SRB) support services to its members and their clients.
Brokers can refer clients to RPS by submitting a decision in principle form. If brokers are acting as ‘introducers only’ they do not need any special regulatory permission from the FSA and will receive a fee of 0.4% on each completed transaction.
