Mortgage Brain continues hub rollout with Mortgage Force and Affinity onboarding

Published on

Mortgage Brain has completed the onboarding of Mortgage Force and Affinity Group onto its Mortgage Brain Hub, extending access to its full suite of tools for advisers across both firms.

Mortgage Brain said brokers at Mortgage Force and Affinity now have access to all five modules within the Mortgage Brain Hub – Sourcing, Criteria, Affordability, Submissions and CRM.

The latest integrations take the total number of users onboarded to more than 2,000 since the platform’s formal launch in September 2025.

The onboarding followed a bespoke programme developed in collaboration with both firms, with Mortgage Brain appointing a dedicated national account manager to each business. These account managers were present on site to oversee the transition and ensure the technology was embedded into existing workflows.

MULTI-CHANNEL APPROACH

Mortgage Brain said it has invested heavily in ongoing support, education and customer success, adopting a multi-channel training approach. This includes live webinars, on-demand video guides, written resources and access to live chat support, with the aim of supporting advisers beyond initial implementation.

The firm said the Mortgage Brain Hub is designed to provide a joined-up way of working for advisers, reducing duplication across systems and supporting faster case progression.

It also provides a secure environment to help protect client data and support compliance requirements.
