Mortgage Advice Bureau has appointed Joanne Brading as interim chief marketing officer as it continues work on a wider business transformation.
Brading brings more than 20 years’ experience in marketing transformation, digital innovation and customer-focused change across financial services, insurance and utilities.
She has previously held senior roles at Virgin Money, HomeServe and MBNA, where she led major rebrands, developed data-led strategies and implemented digital-first marketing models.
The appointment comes as Mortgage Advice Bureau brings together its technology, marketing, data, product, operations and delivery functions.
In her interim role, Brading will help guide the evolution of the marketing function, with a focus on refining value propositions, improving customer journeys and strengthening digital engagement.
Reflecting on her appointment, Brading said: “I’m delighted to join MAB at such a pivotal point in its growth and excited about the opportunities ahead – both in terms of the proposition and the evolution of the brand.
“I’ve been impressed by the passion of everyone I’ve met so far and look forward to working with such an experienced team to help shape the future strategy.”
Yaiza Luengo, chief operations officer at Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “Joanne is a strategic marketing leader with a proven track record in delivering transformation, digital innovation and commercial growth.
“Her appointment marks an exciting step in our journey to create a digital-first, customer-focused marketing model and deliver a strategic rebrand that reflects our ambition for the future.”
