Mortgage Advice Bureau names interim chief marketing officer

Mortgage Advice Bureau has appointed Joanne Brading as interim chief marketing officer as it continues work on a wider business transformation.

Brading brings more than 20 years’ experience in marketing transformation, digital innovation and customer-focused change across financial services, insurance and utilities.

She has previously held senior roles at Virgin Money, HomeServe and MBNA, where she led major rebrands, developed data-led strategies and implemented digital-first marketing models.

The appointment comes as Mortgage Advice Bureau brings together its technology, marketing, data, product, operations and delivery functions.

STRENGTHENING ENGAGEMENT

In her interim role, Brading will help guide the evolution of the marketing function, with a focus on refining value propositions, improving customer journeys and strengthening digital engagement.
