MIMHC partners with Claritee to support workplace wellbeing

Published on

The Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter has formed a strategic partnership with Claritee Group to strengthen mental health and wellbeing support across the mortgage sector.

The collaboration will combine the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter‘s industry reach with Claritee’s corporate wellbeing programmes, including alcohol-free events, talks and tailored workplace initiatives.

Claritee works with organisations to create healthier and more inclusive working environments, with a focus on practical support for employees managing workplace pressures.

Through the partnership, MIMHC signatories and members will be able to access Claritee’s wellbeing-led initiatives, as firms look to move beyond awareness campaigns and embed more proactive support for staff.

Jason Berry, co-founder of the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter, said: “This partnership represents a natural alignment of purpose. At MIMHC, we are committed to driving real, lasting change in how mental health is understood and supported across our industry.

“Claritee’s approach is refreshing, practical, and impactful — helping Companies create environments where people can thrive, not just cope.

“Together, we will accelerate progress and provide a bespoke toolkit which firms can use to support their people in a proactive and meaningful way.

“I very much look forward to working with Alex and his team.”

Alex Clapp, founder of Claritee Group, said: “We’re incredibly proud to partner with the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter. Workplace wellbeing isn’t about ticking a box — it’s about creating cultures where people feel supported, valued, and able to perform at their best.

“By working with MIMHC, we have an opportunity to bring our approach to a wider audience and help drive genuine, proactive change across the sector.”

The partnership will include a series of joint initiatives over the coming months, including industry events, educational sessions and practical wellbeing resources tailored to the mortgage market.

Both organisations said the aim is to reduce stigma, encourage more open conversations and help make mental health support an embedded and measurable part of workplace culture.
