Millbrook Business Finance has appointed Sally Chesterton as operations director.

Chesterton (pictured) brings more than 15 years’ experience in business finance, with previous roles at Metro Bank Asset Finance, InterBay Asset Finance and Shawbrook Bank.

She most recently served as sales and operations director at Love Finance, where she oversaw a team of 80 across sales, administration and compliance.

At Millbrook, she will lead all internal operations, systems and delivery processes, with a particular focus on scalability and client service.

“I am delighted to join the Millbrook team, and I’m eager to contribute to their continued success and future growth,” Chesterton said.

“I look forward to bringing my skills and experience to this dynamic and innovative company, whilst helping them to scale effectively.”

Justin Amos, managing director at Millbrook, said: “This year will be pivotal for Millbrook as we start to expand our proposition into commercial property finance.

“I am delighted that someone of the calibre of Sally has joined us to lead our growth, and her lending experience in particular will be vital, as we start to expand the number of lenders we will be working with.”

Millbrook Business Finance, founded in 2020 and based in Northampton, is a finance brokerage that works with a panel of more than 100 lenders.

Its SME finance offer spans asset finance, business loans, the Growth Guarantee Scheme and commercial property finance, with a strong emphasis on speed and bespoke service.
