Mercantile Trust joins Twenty7tec’s sourcing panel to widen specialist access

Mercantile Trust has integrated with Twenty7tec’s RESEARCH platform, making its specialist bridging and buy-to-let products visible to advisers through the sourcing system.

Twenty7tec has added Mercantile Trust to its lender panel within RESEARCH, extending the range of specialist options available to intermediaries using the platform.

Under the integration, Mercantile Trust’s products and lending criteria will be displayed within RESEARCH, allowing advisers to source and compare its bridging and buy-to-let propositions alongside the wider market.

The move means cases can be assessed within advisers’ existing workflow, rather than requiring a separate approach to the lender.

The addition is positioned as part of Twenty7tec’s ongoing effort to deepen its specialist lending coverage, as brokers contend with more complex client circumstances and tighter criteria across parts of the residential market.

Mercantile Trust focuses on tailored lending across the specialist bridging and buy-to-let sectors, with an emphasis on individual case assessment.

By joining the panel, the lender increases its exposure to intermediary firms already using the RESEARCH system as part of their day-to-day sourcing process.

“Advisers rely on clear visibility across the market to support increasingly complex cases, and expanding access to lenders that offer tailored, responsive solutions is an important part of that.

“This ensures Mercantile Trust products and criteria are surfaced within advisers’ normal sourcing journey, helping them identify the right fit more efficiently.”
