LV= added to L&G Later Life panel

Legal & General Mortgage Club has added LV= to its direct to lender Later Life Lending panel.

The Later Life Lending Hub is a tool which supports Club members in offering a service to customers who are progressing through the later life mortgage journey, whether direct to lender or via a master broker.

Jeremy Duncombe, director of Legal & General Mortgage Club, said: “I am delighted to announce that LV= will be joining our Later Life Lending Hub. It is testament to the strength of Legal & General Mortgage Club that another big name lender has chosen to join our panel and we hope to see more added soon.

“The addition of LV= follows on from our direct to lender second charge panel, complementing the master broker panels we have for both propositions. We ensure we supply choice for brokers, however they wish to access lenders.”

Vanessa Owen, head of retirements solutions products, LV=  added: “LV= is delighted to be added to the L&G Equity Release Mortgage panel. We believe that the Club will extend the reach of Equity Release products to a greater number of advisers and therefore additional consumers which should encourage growth in the sector. We firmly believe in quality advice standards and hope to work with the club in order to support advisers as they grow their businesses.”
