Loan.co.uk has appointed Michelle Westley as head of partnership marketing as the specialist lender accelerates its push into the intermediary market.
The move comes amid rising demand for second charge mortgages, bridging finance and other specialist lending solutions with the business expanding its support for networks, mortgage clubs and introducers nationwide.
Westley (main picture, inset) brings more than 20 years’ experience in specialist lending and the intermediary sector. She previously led marketing at Brightstar Financial for a decade and has held senior roles across lenders, networks and clubs, giving her broad experience of broker distribution and engagement.
In her new role, she will lead Loan.co.uk’s partnership marketing strategy, overseeing structured engagement programmes and working closely with regional leaders and introducer partners. The firm said her remit is focused on helping brokers place cases with confidence, backed by its B2B team, specialist advisers, case managers and AI-powered platform.
SMART TECHNOLOGY
Westley said: “I’m delighted to be joining Loan.co.uk. The business has built something genuinely impressive, combining experienced people with smart technology to create a smoother, more predictable journey for introducers and their clients.
“When a broker entrusts you with their client, trust is everything. Loan.co.uk’s transparent fee structure, experienced advisers and strong lender relationships give introducers real confidence. I’m looking forward to strengthening those partnerships and helping brokers place specialist cases with certainty.”
SPEED, CLARITY AND CONSISTENCY

Paul McGerrigan, CEO at Loan.co.uk, added: “Our introducer partners need speed, clarity, and consistency. That’s what we’ve built the business around.
“Michelle understands the intermediary landscape inside out. She knows the pressures brokers face and the standards they expect.
“As we continue to scale nationally, her leadership will help us deepen relationships with networks, clubs, and AR firms, ensuring we remain the specialist partner brokers can rely on.”
