The Conveyancing Association has welcomed Legl as its newest affiliate member, offering the software provider a formal role within the organisation’s programme of meetings and events.

Legl provides software used by more than 500 law firms across the UK to manage client lifecycle processes, including onboarding, AML risk checks, compliance and cash collection. Its platform is designed to streamline workflows such as risk assessments, audit, KYC, AML and source of funds, while improving client data and giving firms clearer insight into risk and operational performance.

Through its new affiliate membership, Legl will be able to participate in the Association’s meetings and online sessions and contribute to ongoing workstreams focused on improving standards and efficiency across the conveyancing sector.

LEGL’S VIEW

Julia Salasky, chief executive of Legl, said: “Becoming an Affiliate Member of The Conveyancing Association is an important opportunity for us to collaborate more closely with firms across the conveyancing sector.

“Our focus is on helping firms strengthen compliance and streamline the client journey, and we look forward to contributing to the CA’s work and supporting its members as the sector continues to evolve.”

CA RESPONSE

Nicky Heathcote, non executive chair of the Conveyancing Association, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Legl as our latest Affiliate Member.

“Their focus on digital efficiency and compliance aligns closely with the challenges conveyancing firms face, and we look forward to introducing Legl to our membership and working with them over the course of the next year.”

Further information about affiliate membership and the Association’s work is available on its website, while details about Legl’s platform can be found directly through the company.
