Kuflink to allow broker self-instruction for valuations

Published on

Short-term lender, Kuflink, has announced that introducers will now have the facility to instruct valuation on all their cases.

From 1 June, brokers introducing cases to the Kent specialist bridging lender will be able to instruct valuers through three panel valuation companies – VAS Group, which has over 180 firms, Method Valuation UK Ltd with over 150 independent practices and Taylor Wilkinson Ltd which has over 700 surveyors operating across the UK.

Narinder Khattoare (pictured), Kuflink’s CEO said: “We listen to our brokers. In our latest request for feedback on our service, the predominant response was about being able to instruct valuations to help improve the turnround time for cases. Well, they asked and we have responded.

“This move gives introducers more control over their cases as well as simplifying our processing. Overall, this is a winning scenario all round.

“Our introducers just need to register with any one or all our panel managers to instruct valuations. We will then receive the completed report directly and be able to move to make an offer faster.”
