InTouch joins Conveyancing Association as latest Affiliate member

The Conveyancing Association has confirmed the addition of cloud-based case management platform InTouch as its newest Affiliate member.

InTouch, designed specifically for the residential conveyancing sector, becomes the latest technology provider to join the Association, which represents conveyancing firms across the UK.

Its platform integrates the full lifecycle of a transaction into a single system – from initial enquiry and automated quoting to digital forms, AI-powered document management, stakeholder communications and completion.

Used by firms ranging from small boutique practices to large multi-office operations in the UK, Ireland, Jersey and Australia, InTouch has reported measurable improvements in turnaround times, operational efficiency and reductions in client enquiries.

TRANSPARENCY AND INNOVATION

InTouch logoThe company attributes this in part to its focus on transparency, responsive support and continuous innovation, particularly in artificial intelligence and client engagement.

Affiliate membership of the CA gives InTouch access to a broad range of benefits, including use of Association branding, participation in member meetings and events, and opportunities to connect with conveyancing firms across the country.

The company will also be present at the CA’s Annual Conference & Dinner, scheduled for February 2026 at The Belfry.

Richard Pickles, sales director at InTouch, said the company was pleased to formalise its relationship with the Association after years of supporting its work: “Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering no-nonsense, easy-to-use tech solutions that genuinely help conveyancing teams work smarter, reduce costs, and improve client service.

“With AI now central to so much of our development, and a growing number of CA members already benefiting from InTouch, we believe our platform is perfectly aligned with the Association’s goals for a more efficient, transparent and client-friendly process.”

INNOVATIVE APPROACH
Nicky Heathcote, Conveyancing Association

Nicky Heathcote, non-executive chair of the Conveyancing Association, welcomed the announcement: “Richard and the team have long been known in the conveyancing world for their innovative approach to case management and their ability to simplify what can be complex processes.

“As the CA continues to champion progress and best practice across the sector, InTouch’s proposition and insight will be a valuable addition to our discussions and events throughout the year and into 2026.”
